Terms & Conditions Relating to the Sale of Products to You
Welcome to the Know The Score Books shop (the "website"). We sell our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Know The Score Books website. By using the website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future Know The Score Books service, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to that service.
These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by us (Know The Score Books) to you on the website. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Know The Score Books and you.
1. Our contract
When you place an internet or telephone order to purchase a product from Know The Score Books, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of that order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have dispatched that product to you (the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you.
2. Returns
Please review our Returns Policy (below), which applies to products purchased from us. In addition to your 30-day returns guarantee, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. Details of this statutory right and an explanation of how to exercise it are provided in the Returns Policy.
3. Availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.
4. Customs
When ordering goods for delivery outside the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Know The Score Books, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
5. Payment
Payment for goods may be made by credit card over the internet or over the telephone (contact 0044 1527 454482) or by sending a cheque for the correct amount made payable to Know The Score Books Ltd

6. Ownership and title
All ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises.
Returns Policy
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
At Know The Score Books we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Amazon Jersey purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 7 working days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we will reimburse your costs in returning it to us.
Your Statutory Rights
Cooling-off Period
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. Items received outside those dates will not be considered.

Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
Know The Score Books will notify you via e-mail when your return has been processed. This may take up to three weeks.
We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item is normal postage charge. we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.

Terms Relating To Business To Business Transactions
All payments on invoices shall be made within 28 days from the date of the invoice. Failure to do so may lead to legal action and Know The Score Books Ltd reserve the right to charge interest on late payments up to 5% above the Bank of England base rate applicable on the day of default.

Please make cheques payable to Know The Score Books Limited and post to the above address. Please contact Know The Score Books for our bank details if you wish to pay by bank transfer.
Please send payment advice if paying by BACS
Any company trading with Know The Score Books Ltd who fails to deliver goods and services on time shall make good compensation for consequential loss of business as determined by Know The Score Books Ltd.
Please note that we have been experiencing sever problems with the postal service since June 2007, which are still ongoing. To ensure your cheque arrives safely and on time we recommend it be sent by registered post or recorded delivery.
These terms shall not be alterable in any way and shall override any such terms which conflict with them as provided by any company doing business with Know The Score Books Ltd.
